Mrs. McDonald brings an extensive and impressive history of administrative and managerial skills to Collins & Company. She has experience supporting small and large businesses and government agencies. As an Active Duty Military Spouse, Sharon has traveled extensively and worked in numerous positions world-wide including the U.S. Patent Office, the Department of Defense at Fort Bliss, Texas, and management of the United Services Organization (USO) in Chinhae, Republic of South Korea. Mrs. McDonald also served as Assistant Manager at the Fort Bliss Officer's Club, Assistant Manager of the Willows in Lawton, Oklahoma, and Office Manager at ProQuotes Inc of San Diego, California.

Sharon also has given significant amounts of her time through volunteer organizations around the world, serving as an Ombudsman in South Korea, United Way in Amarillo, Texas and for multiple charities in Houston, Texas.

Most recently, Sharon was Office Manager for a Service Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business certified Cleared Defense Contractor.
