Eli Wolfe Persky is an Associate at Collins & Company, with a primary focus on Defense, Foreign Affairs, Trade and the Environment.

In his time at Collins & Company, Mr. Persky has helped secure significant federal funding and important legislation for various projects of merit. He is responsible for tracking appropriations and legislation of interest, providing analysis and helping manage coordinated government relations.

Mr. Persky graduated from the University of Wisconsin with a B.A. in History. During his time there, he co-founded a community organization — Informed Consumers Equal Improved Health — which successfully promoted a progressive yet business-friendly model for managing public health issues related to the Restaurant Industry; the campaign drafted and helped pass legislation in the local government and conducted an effective earned-media campaign, which resulted in significant radio, print and television coverage.

Mr. Persky also served as President of the Undergraduate History Association at the University of Wisconsin, organizing academic lectures, events and publications for the student community.
